A delicious meal with turkey breast
Ingredients:
turkey breast: 600g
soy sauce: 2 spoons
garlic (smashed): 1 clove
fresh ginger (chopped): 3cm
carrot (chopped into stripes): 1
red bell pepper (chopped into stripes): 1
baby corn (sliced lengthway): 4-5
zuccini (chopped into stripes): 1
spring onions (chopped): 2
sesame oil / olive oil
Method:
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and add the turkey breast.
Fry for four minutes until almost cooked.
.Then splash with the soy sauce. Cook for
another minute and then transfer to a dish and set aside.
Wipe the wok with kitchen paper and heat some more oil.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for about one minute.
Throw in the carrot and red pepper and fry for one more minute.
Then add sweetcorn and zuccini and continue to
cook for another two minutes, taking care not to overcook the vegetables.
Return the turkey to the pan and add the spring onions
and sesame oil / olive oil.
Serve with noodles and soy sauce.
