A nutrient meal yet desireable to children
Ingredients:
turkey fillet (chopped into 4cm pieces): 600-700 g
milk: 200ml
flour: 200g
cajun spices (a mixture of salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, chille pepper powder, oregano, and thyme): 1 table spoon
oil
Method:
In a larg bowl, add turkey meat, milk, and cajun spices, then mix them thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and let it rest in refrigerator for two hours.
Add enough oil in a deep pan and let it heat.
Roll the turkey pieces in flour; shake to take the extra flour.
Fry them deep in hot oil inside the pan about 4-5 minutes.
Serve it with desired sauce.
