A Chilean sandwich made with turkey breast or fillet called as Chacarero
Ingredients:
turkey breast / fillet (thin sliced): 120-200g
green beans (cookecd and halved): 10-15
mayonnaise: 1 table spoon
garlic (minced): 1 clove
fresh lemon juice: 1 table spoon
frehly ground black pepper
salt
olive oil
burger bread: 1
tomato (sliced): 1
Method:
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and olive oil and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
In a pan fry steaks for about 3-5 minutes each side.
Halve burger bread from the middle, and spread the above mayonnaise mixture on both halves of the bread.
Add steaks on the bottom part of the bread on top of the sauce.
Add sliced tomatos and the green beens on top.
Then, place the other half of the bread on it; press a little.
Serve with desired sauce.
