A delicious turkey steak
Ingredients:
turkey breast (sliced into steak pieces): 500g (4 pieces)
mushroom (sliced): 350g
garlic (smashed): 2 cloves
baby spinach: 150g
small potatoes (sliced): 650g
dried thyme: 2 spoons
sesame oil / olive oil
Method:
In a bowl, add potatoes and sesame/olive oil.
Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
potatoes can be either oven cooked or fried in a pan.
In a pan, add oil and let it heat, then add the steaks.
Let them be fried for about five minutes each side. Do not overcook them as the steaks may become hard in texture.
In another pan fry the musrooms for three minutes; once in a while stir them.
Add garlic, spinach, and thyme and let them fry for two more minutes.
Serve the steakes with the mixture of spinach and mushrooms.
